Responsibilities
  • Develop platform-native strategies and ideas across social channels to meet client objectives and spark conversation.
  • Identify and translate emerging social trends, creator movements, and audience behaviours into actionable brand opportunities.
  • Conduct social listening and community analysis to inform content strategy and optimise engagement.
  • Use analytics, research, and social listening tools to inform strategy, measure success, and continuously optimise performance.
  • Create clear, inspiring written and verbal presentations, proposals, and briefs that engage both creatives and clients.
  • Proactively recommend test-and-learn opportunities, staying curious about new platforms, formats, and technologies.
  • Champion a brand’s voice and purpose across social, ensuring messaging is relevant, authentic, and culturally tuned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build integrated responses and creative solutions.
