• Deliver Social Value strategies on projects, focusing on education, employment, and community investment.
• Monitor and report on delivery outputs and identify risks or issues against contractual KPIs and sustainability targets.
• Set and implement KPIs and delivery plans aligned to central and client social value priorities.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships with delivery partners, site teams, and supply chain.
• Raise awareness of social value strategies, educating project teams in its delivery inc. chairing stakeholder meetings and presenting.
• Drive procurement excellence by using Laing O’Rourke’s Social Value Playbook to embed social value commitments into procurement processes and ensure supply chain alignment.
• Monitor and measure impact, evaluating social value delivery and tracking outcomes using impact tools.
• Promote best practice by staying informed on social value trends
