Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
The Social Value Delivery Manager is responsible for the hands-on delivery of social value outcomes across a number of contracts in London and the South East. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our company meets and exceeds the social value commitments made to clients, communities, and wider stakeholders.
The role involves driving forward inclusive recruitment, supporting community projects, organising employability programmes, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. It requires someone confident engaging at all levels, equally capable of speaking at a client board meeting or helping deliver a volunteering project on site.
The postholder will also contribute to the company’s national social impact strategy by feeding into data reporting, sharing case studies, and collaborating with the wider Social Value Team.
