SOCIAL VALUE MANAGER

Join Willmott Dixon’s award-winning Sustainability Team as a Social Value Manager and make a real impact in the communities we serve.
We’re seeking a proactive and passionate Social Value Manager to lead community engagement and skills development projects within the North West. This hybrid role will see you working both on-site with project teams, visiting customers, our Oldham office and home. Reporting to the Senior Social Value Manager, you’ll support our ambitious Now or Never Sustainability Strategy, playing a critical role in aligning with customer priorities and delivering meaningful, measurable social value.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver social value activities that reflect customer and business needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on social value for teams, frameworks, and partners.
  • Drive collaboration across teams and supply chain partners to embed social value in our projects.
  • Support bid and tender processes, contributing social value insights and attending customer events.
  • Track and report on project performance against KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement.
