Description
The Social Worker LMSW provides comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency evaluations for individuals in emotional distress, makes appropriate treatment recommendations, and coordinates patient admissions to the Division of Mental and Behavioral Health in an effort to ensure that high quality health care services are provided by the COPE Team. Relies on education, experience and judgment to accomplish job. Works under supervision required by regulation and licensing board. Creativity and some latitude is expected to complete responsibilities. Responsibilities
The Social Worker LMSW is responsible for providing comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency evaluations for distressed individuals and making appropriate treatment recommendations. This role also coordinates patient admissions to the Division of Mental and Behavioral Health to ensure high-quality care delivery by the COPE Team.
