Overview Support Patients. Honor Choices. Guide with Compassion. We are looking for a Remote MSW (Masters Social Worker) to cover our Pinehurst/Southern Pines, NC palliative care branch. This is a Remote position, but requires NC licensure and residency. Join a mission-driven team that is redefining how care is delivered to patients facing serious illness. As a Social Worker in our Advanced Illness Management (AIM) program, you will provide psychosocial support, guide patients and families through complex care decisions, and help navigate the emotional, spiritual, and social needs that accompany serious illness. You will work collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams (IDT), and community partners to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with individual values and goals.
