About the role Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day. Key responsibilities; Support clients with housing, financial and community-based needs Navigate MSD and ACC processes with clients, including advocacy and applications Assist with court-related matters (e.g., reports, attending hearings when appropriate, liaising with legal services) Connect clients with services such as mental health providers, parenting support budgeting, or family support agencies Help clients understand and access community resources and entitlements Provide practical support around safety planning, whānau dynamics, and social barriers impacting rehabilitation Collaborate with the MDT to ensure social and environmental factors are included in rehab planning What you'll bring Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration/ certification Strong interpersonal communication skills Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whānau and stakeholders At least 2 years' experience working in a social work or community services environment Applications for this role close 21 July 2026.
