YOUR ROLE IN OUR JOURNEY

As a Social Worker in our Reviewing Team, you will be a relatable practitioner responding to situations with strengths-based practice at the heart of your work. You will have the opportunity as part of your review to develop creative and imaginative solutions to help people achieve positive outcomes which enable people to maintain their independence and live a happier healthier life. Along the way, you’ll make your own progress through training programs.
What you’ll need
To join us, you’ll need to have a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England or waiting to be registered. You’ll bring some relevant experience of working with adults and be expected to produce high-quality assessments, collaborating with various agencies, and interpreting case law and legislation. Knowledge of the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, local and national policy issues, equal opportunity, and anti-oppressive practice are vital. We’ll expect you to be a skilled communicator and a flexible, creative practitioner; determined to make the most of this unique opportunity.
