At Staffscanner, we’re building something a little different. Thoughtfully matched, fully supported.
We’re founded by care providers, built with people at heart, and powered by smart technology. That means we understand the pressures, priorities, and purpose behind your work — and we’ve designed a service that reflects that.
What makes Staffscanner different:
Led by lived experience – our roots are in social care.
Faster, smarter matching – our tech connects you with the right roles instantly.
Training that fits you – free CPD-accredited courses, online and flexible.
Ongoing support – from registration through to your first day and beyond.
Transparency and trust – simple processes, honest conversations.
About the role:
You’ll be joining a dedicated child protection team supporting individuals and communities across the local authority. Whether you’re completing assessments, managing caseloads, or contributing to strategy, your work will be valued and well-supported.
In this frontline role, you’ll be working directly with children and young people identified as in need or at risk, delivering high-quality assessments, plans, and interventions. You’ll be part of a supportive, learning-focused service with strong leadership, structured supervision, and a positive working culture.
This is a hybrid position — you’ll work partly from home but will be expected to attend the office weekly and travel around the county as needed.
