The Social Worker – BSW receives clinical supervision and administrative direction from the Manager and/or designate. The Social Worker – BSW is a competent clinical practitioner assisting individuals, families and groups. They offer a professional working relationship, including an understanding of the social work role, of a conceptual model of practice, and of the SHA philosophy, objectives and policies.
