These services will be delivered through a combination of direct service, consultation, community resource development, and education. The incumbent will work as part of an interdisciplinary team. The incumbent is accountable for overseeing smooth delivery of intake services and the delivery of referrals for services internally to the appropriate program and staff. As well, the incumbent will provide some appropriate assistance to clients in the form of suggestions, guidance and / or direction to help clients obtain services external to Mental Health and Addictions.
