Services include assessment, counseling, support, education, advocacy, and case management. The incumbent co-facilitates psycho-education, treatment, and relapse prevention groups and provide consultation/support to families, employers and caregivers. The incumbent does data entry related to utilization and outcome evaluation; assists with the day to day administration of the program. Services are provided in partnership with colleagues from other agencies.
