Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and create support plans tailored to student needs
• Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution within the school community
• Connect families with community resources and support services

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in social work (Bachelors or Masters preferred) with licensure or certification as required by the state
• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
• Knowledge of educational and social service systems
