SOCIAL WORKER EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or relevant qualification. Must possess, as a minimum, a LBSW from an accredited college or university. One (1) year of experience as a social worker in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing or Long-Term Care (LTC) environment preferred. Experience with electronic medical records preferred. SOCIAL WORKER CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess a current and active LBSW license to practice as a social worker in this state.
