Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity On a day-to-day basis, you will be working in a local school/s setting, working with a case load of families, providing early intervention and preventive social work services to vulnerable children and teens, and their whanau. This includes individual and group work, and using our strengths-based, multi-systemic approach to encourage positive and lasting change. This is a fixed term contract until October 2026. Ngā pūkenga kei a koe I Your Skills and Experience To be successful as a Social Worker in Schools (SWIS) you will have a professional, warm and engaging nature, and: A tertiary level degree, majoring / specialised in Social Work Registered with the Social Workers Registration Board essential Full, clean NZ driver licence, and a reliable vehicle which will be used for work purposes.
