It plays a crucial role in ensuring families receive the right help, at the right time. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join our MASH team. In this key role, you’ll handle a broad range of social work responsibilities and play a part in safeguarding decision-making. You’ll be confident managing complex cases and have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policy, and best practice. Your professional judgment will be essential to making informed decisions that keep our work effective, legally compliant, and always focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
