Utilizing therapeutic methods such as brief goal-directed therapy, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support. Advocating for patients regarding insurance coverage and post-acute care services. Collaborating with healthcare teams to create individualized care plans and educate families on medical decisions, advance directives, and end-of-life care.
