Completes behavioral health clinical assessments to determine appropriate care plan and disposition, develops post hospital plans for patients, provides therapeutic support for patients and their families and assists other members of the treatment team in caring for patients with behavioral health needs. Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Preferred Qualification: Experience in social work and crisis interventions in a hospital or acute treatment setting.
