Unify Health Clinic
We are seeking an experienced Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) to join our multidisciplinary clinic and Family Health Organization and clinic on an Independent Contractor basis. The therapist will provide individual and/or group psychotherapy to privately referred clients and will also have the opportunity to support patients within our Weight Management Program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MSW, RSW (in good standing with the OCSWSSW) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience providing psychotherapy
• Strong skills in supporting adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and health-related challenges
• Training in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness or related modalities is an asset
• Ability to work independently while engaging collaboratively with a medical team
• Proficiency in providing virtual therapy
