We are looking for Social Workers with a ‘can do’ attitude who are child focussed, like to think outside of the box and are creative in their planning with children. It does not matter whether you are starting out in your social work career, returning to practice or an experienced worker looking for a new challenge in either a different field or new authority. • Collaborate with each child’s unique support network to promote positive change
• Receive extensive training and development tailored to your practice
• Engage in both short-term assessments and long-term support via Child and Family Plans and Protection Plans
• Opportunity to be involved in pre-proceedings and care proceedings
• Support children and young people from birth up to age 18
• Build strong partnerships with external agencies and other teams in North Yorkshire
