Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and consultative services across a range of service settings, including one-on-one and group evidence based psychosocial interventions for families under the care of the PPCS
- Initiate and participate in the planning, promotion and maintenance of research and ongoing planning and evaluation of the PPCS.
- Ensure social work practices and protocols relating to Palliative care meet established methodologies.
- Provide care across the patient journey from diagnosis and into bereavement as part of an interdisciplinary approach to paediatric palliative care.
