Egypt Education Platform is looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker for the Primary Stage to join Madinaty Integrated Language School. The successful candidate will support the emotional and social development of our primary students, working closely with teachers, parents, and the wider school community. Key Responsibilities: Offer individual and group counseling sessions for primary students to address emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to the needs of young learners. Collaborate with educators and staff to foster a positive and nurturing school environment. Engage and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support students’ well-being. Connect families with relevant community resources and support services. Deliver training and awareness sessions for staff focused on child development and mental health. Maintain accurate documentation and case records in compliance with confidentiality standards. Participate in school meetings and contribute to policy development related to student welfare. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience working with children in primary education, ideally 2-4 years. Strong knowledge of child development, early childhood mental health, and family dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored to young children and their families. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Relevant licensure or certifications in social work are a plus. The ideal candidate is committed to fostering a supportive environment for young learners.
