About the Role: The Rehabilitation Aged and Community Services (RACS) Inpatient Social Work Team covers clinical areas focussing on Rehabilitation and Aged Care at the Canberra Hospital and University of Canberra Hospital. We support qualified Social Workers with a range of opportunities, including learning and practice development support from our Clinical Lead Social Worker, engagement in service improvement activities, access to regular clinical supervision and in-house professional development, as well as access to funded professional development after completion of your first 12 months. You will also have the opportunity to rotate between different work areas within the division of RACS, and to develop your own supervision skills with provision of supervision to students and early career staff. This is a permanent, full-time role, available from 10th August 2026. From this round a merit list may be created to fill similar roles over the next 12 months. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Social Work qualification and have a minimum of one year post-graduation experience. Experience working professionally in hospital or a health care setting is preferred. Please include a maximum 2 page response to the Selection Criteria with your application, along with your CV.
