We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Worker who is passionate about supporting children and families, and who can take a lead role in setting up this vital new service from the ground up.

As the founding Social Worker for the Child Contact Centre, you will:

• Play a key role in the setup and development of the centre.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards are firmly embedded from day one.
• Support families by providing a safe, neutral space for children to maintain important family relationships.
• Build strong links with local agencies, professionals, and community partners.
• Oversee and guide staff and volunteers, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
