Job Title: Social Worker Team: Safeguarding Salary: £40,369 - £43,686 (dependent on experience) + up to £6000 market supplement/welcome bonus Contract: Permanent, Full Time Are you a skilled and committed social worker looking to make a real difference in safeguarding children and young people? Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team based in Northampton. In this role, you will carry out robust assessments, manage complex child protection cases, and work closely with families and multi-agency partners to ensure children are safe and supported. You’ll play a vital role in delivering timely interventions, progressing care plans, and achieving positive outcomes for children at risk of harm. About You Social Work England registered 2 years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE Experienced in child protection, safeguarding, and statutory interventions Skilled in managing risk and making sound professional judgments A confident communicator and team collaborator Committed to best practice and continuous development You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly team where your growth is genuinely encouraged.
