This position is responsible for providing professional leadership and team management to Social Work staff located within the Critical Care Team of Campbelltown Hospital.
The position will lead and oversee the provision of a Social Work service to consumers and their carers and ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes that are consistent with SWSLHD policies and procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.
The position is expected to provide leadership in quality activities, manage specific projects, and assist in human resource management and other relevant departmental administrative duties.
