JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team.

QUALIFICATION:

• MSW degree and registered with OCSWSSW with good standing.
• Experience providing counselling services for adults preferred.
• Strong case management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple services effectively.
• Proficient in data collection methods and documentation practices.
• Research skills to stay updated on trends affecting child welfare and education.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and professionals.
  Job Type: Fixed term contract
  Pay: $60.00-$100.00 per hour

• Conduct assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental needs of clients.
• Provide counseling and support to clients and families navigating complex health systems.
• Coordinate services and resources for clients, including referrals to community resources.

• Stay informed about current research and best practices in social work, pediatrics, and special education.
