As a Soft FM Supervisor with Sodexo in Manchester, we are seeking a proactive and versatile candidate to join our dynamic team. We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of soft services facility manager. In this position, you will oversee a range of services, including cleaning, reception, hospitality, catering, and mailroom services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning management and a keen interest in expanding their skills to include a broader range of facilities management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage and supervise cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
  • Oversee reception services, including managing visitor access and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in coordinating hospitality and catering services for events and meetings.
  • Manage mailroom services, including receiving, sorting, and distribution of mail and packaging
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members, with a focus on progression through apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Work towards the ultimate goal of progressing to a general manager role within the organisation.
