We’re Banana Daddy — a new Miami-born coffee, bakery and frozen dessert concept serving premium banana & coconut–based soft serve, scratch-made baked goods and tasty coffee with good vibes. Banana Daddy is located at 3415 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33137 in the Midtown neighborhood of Miami, which is between Wynwood and the Design District. We are opening in January and are now hiring for our Soft Serve Artists team, who will be the heart of our Midtown Miami shop. You could be the person who swirls perfect cones, hypes up guests, creates Insta-worthy sundaes, and keeps the store sparkling. If you love high energy, great music, great people, and making someone’s day with a perfect swirl… you’ll fit right in. \n What You’ll Do Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm and keep the shop’s “good vibes only” energy alive. Take orders accurately using Toast POS; handle in-store and mobile/online orders smoothly. Make soft serve cones, sundaes, shakes, and toppings to spec — consistent swirl, clean presentation, and portion control. Learn our flavor lineup, toppings, seasonal items, and allergens; confidently guide customers and offer samples. Keep the shop spotless: wipe surfaces, restock cups/cones/toppings, wash dishes, take out trash, tidy the topping line, and support opening/closing checklists. Follow food safety practices and uphold our quality standards during every rush and slow moment. Communicate clearly with your team and support wherever needed. What We’re Looking For High energy, positive attitude, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and hospitality skills — you enjoy talking to families, locals, and tourists. Detail-oriented and proud of a clean, organized workspace. Reliable and punctual at our location in the Midtown neighborhood of Miami. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. English required; Spanish a bonus. Prior ice cream or food service experience is preferred, but not required — we will train the right candidate.
