Description

The Soft Services Executive oversees non-technical services such as housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and waste management. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction across the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in soft services or FM operations
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and waste systems
  • Familiarity with local regulations and HSE standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CAFM systems and MS Office
