Description

Soft Service Executive to oversee and manage the delivery of soft services—including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and hygiene—ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction across the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in soft services within facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, pest control, landscaping, and waste systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Plan and supervise daily soft service operations across assigned sites.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers and monitor contract performance.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate in-house or outsourced soft service teams.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Address client feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments (engineering, security, front office) for seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations (Dubai Municipality, DMCC, etc.).
  • Promote eco-friendly practices in cleaning, waste disposal, and resource usage.
