• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Soft Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of service staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and promoting a safe and welcoming environment for all. The Soft Service Manager will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in these services.

THE DUTIES:

• Oversee and manage a team of service staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure alignment of services with organizational goals
• Coordinate soft services and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence performance standards.
• Drive company initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact, fostering strong relationships with the client and ensuring seamless communication.
