Work Location: Dunfermline
Division/Department: Operations (Scotland)
Reports to: Account Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 days (Predominantly Monday – Friday)
Salary: £35,000

As the Soft Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Cleaning operations as well as overseeing our supply partners covering Landscaping, Washrooms, Window Cleaning and various other site related tasks at this premium manufacturing site. Working closely with the on-site management team, your leadership and mentoring skills will ensure a high standard of service delivery.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for the management of the Cleaning and Janitorial Team at a prestige manufacturing destination.
  • Share best practices on site
  • Be a brand Ambassador for leading, coaching, developing and mentoring the onsite team.
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead the team effectively.​
  • Monitor training needs and identify skills gaps to ensure continuous development.​
  • Develop a rigorous training program that exceeds industry standards
  • Maintain high standards for both the team and the site.​
  • Possess a keen eye for detail.
  • Successful delivery of all client and contractor KPI and SLA targets
  • Lead and drive performance improvements
  • Manage supply chain and sub-contractors Conduct regular audits and quality checks on subcontractor work.​
  • Create fair and balanced team rotas to ensure optimal coverage and employee satisfaction.​
  • Work effectively both in a team setting and independently under managerial supervision.​
  • Be trustworthy and transparent in all dealings.​
  • Balance client and Andron interests effectively.​
  • Be comfortable with change and committed to continuous improvement.​
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation
  • Regular reporting and review meetings
  • Customer interface and challenge performance
  • Perform quality audits and inspections
  • Recruit new staff where required and motivate current team members.
