We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee the delivery of cleaning, pest control, and waste management services at our Covent Garden site. This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation within a luxury environment.

As a Soft Services Manager you’ll:

  • Lead the daily operations of cleaning services, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Oversee pest control and waste management, ensuring compliance with policies and health & safety requirements.
  • Manage and motivate a team, providing training, support, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct and record regular quality checks, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with supervisors, client representatives, and site teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage rotas, reporting, stock levels, and operational paperwork.
  • Drive continuous improvement and inspire a culture of excellence.
