ISS are seeking a Soft Services National Manager, to oversee the cleaning and accommodation services across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia. This Full Time role can either be based in a metro Adelaide or Perth office. Travel to sites across SA and WA will be required.
The role is responsible for managing the delivery of cleaning and accommodation service lines in a responsive and customer focused manner ensuring that the service delivery is seamless, integrated and well-coordinated.
Central to this role will be the creation and ongoing development of a supportive and inclusive environment onsite allowing our client’s staff to truly feel comfortable and well looked after.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver accommodation and cleaning services according to plan and aligned to the contract deliverables
  • Develop and deliver a Cleaning Management Program that covers cleaning inputs, processes, standards and frequencies and quality systems that are aligned to the contract deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with the client’s representatives to develop processes and systems that will optimise the use of existing accommodation facilities onsite.
  • Deliver services that are contemporary and innovative in maximising the use and longevity of our client’s assets, providing a safe and healthy environment for staff.
  • Maximise the use of smart technology to manage the services provided, including the scheduling, status of work performed and allocation tasking.
  • Deliver a services that is professional, consistent, and reliable, with a focus on customer satisfaction and requiring little or no customer interaction or direction.
  • Ensure the team are focused on sustainability and assist developing holistic environmentally sustainable solutions including in relation to the use of chemicals and the management of waste.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of ISS management practises and attend and contribute to monthly business strategy meetings
  • Respond to customer feedback and issues in a timely manner.
