The Role
We are currently looking for a Soft Services Supervisor for our client, an established FM Service Provider in Saudi Arabia. The role will be assigned in one of their projects in Khobar. Responsibilities: *Supervise and coordinate all soft services, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and pest control. *Ensure all service providers meet agreed standards and service levels. *Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness and appearance standards. *Develop and implement schedules for soft service activities. *Address complaints and requests related to soft services promptly and effectively. *Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. *Liaise with contractors and suppliers for soft services. *Maintain accurate records and documentation related to soft services. *Prepare regular reports on soft service activities and performance. *Utilize Excel for data analysis and report generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing soft services. * Excellent English communication skills. * Must be a Native Arabic Speaker * 3 - 5 Years experience preferred * Willing to work in Khobar, KSA * Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
