We are looking for a confident and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging training programs for individuals and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and practical experience in developing people and workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging soft skills training sessions for individuals and corporate teams.
Develop and customize training content based on client requirements.
Conduct interactive workshops, activities, role plays, and practical exercises.
Train participants on communication, leadership, teamwork, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Assess participants' learning and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct corporate training programs for different levels of employees.
Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
Stay updated with current workplace trends and learning methodologies.
Coordinate with the training and sales teams to understand client requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
4+ years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, L&D, HR, or related fields.
Proven experience delivering classroom or corporate training.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage different types of learners.
Experience in creating training materials and presentations.
Relevant certifications in Training, L&D, Coaching, NLP, HR, Leadership, or related areas will be an advantage.
UAE/GCC corporate training experience is preferred.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
