Post : Soft Skills Trainer  Location : Shirpur Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English/ Business Administration/ Communication Certifications (Preferred): •    Soft Skills Trainer Certification (NABET / ISTD / NSDC / ICBI) •    Train-the- Trainer (TTT) Certification •    NLP or Life Coaching Certification (added advantage) Experience:  Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in soft skills training or academic training. Job Description:  1. To Design and deliver engaging soft skills and personality development training programs that enhance students’ communication, interpersonal and professional competencies – preparing them for placements. 2. Facilitate campus-to-corporate transition programs for final year students.  3. Use innovate teaching techniques such as role plays, case studies, group discussions and real-life simulations.  4. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. 5. Design customized training modules aligned with college requirements and placement goals.  6. Develop session plans, training materials, PowerPoint presentations and assessment tools. 7. Keep training content updated with current industry trends and employer expectations. 8. Coordinate with placement officers, academic heads, and faculty to schedule and organize sessions. 9. Maintain attendance, feedback forms and progress reports. 10. Prepare and submit post-training reports and student performance analysis. 11. Mentor students on communication, professional etiquette and self-confidence. 12. Conduct one-on-one sessions for interview preparation and resume building. 13. Motivate students to adopt a positive attitude, teamwork, and time management practices. 
Responsibilities
