Qualifications - Previous coaching experience preferred. - In-depth knowledge of softball. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel. - CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

The coach will be responsible for conducting practices, developing player skills and strategies, providing performance feedback, and evaluating athletes. Duties also include coordinating game schedules, practices, and travel arrangements while promoting a positive learning environment.
