Job Details Salary Range: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 Salary Seeking a dynamic, energetic and experienced Varsity Softball Head Coach for the spring season, March 2, 2026 - May 16, 2026. The ideal candidate is committed to fostering skill improvement, sportsmanship, and teamwork, while building a positive and competitive program. This candidate should be ready to elevate our program and create something special. If you love the game, love developing young athletes, and bring championship-level energy every day, this could be the place for you. Upper School practice times are typically 3:45-5:30 Mon-Fri, with additional weekend practices. Candidates should have minimum 3 years coaching experience and/or competitive playing experience at the collegiate or high school level, a passion for the game, ability to plan engaging and challenging practices and demonstrated willingness to connect with players in a positive and meaningful manner. Ability to attract student-athletes to Beaver is a plus. Stipend is highly competitive. Beaver Country Day School is an equal-opportunity employer.
