Job Description Specific Responsibilities Implement necessary processes for adequate and consistent quality of execution and meeting HSE requirements (in line with business processes and group targets) Support to publish technical paper regularly (e.g. safeguard, position paper) in functional lab service aspects Provide support to client’s activities (e.g. meeting/lab tour/ training/seminar) and provide professional advice and technical support on functional & comfort lab test service Control all direct costs and improve continuously productivity achieving documented Key Performance Indicators and Productivity targets Optimize the operational network and the organization as required Participate & co work with international organization & VIP client(s) for latest test service research & development in functional test aspect Formulate staff training and people development plan in accordance with business strategy, company direction and employee’s individual needs Do planning, follow-up & timely report on assigned project(s) to Lab manager/ Operation manager. Well communicate & cooperate with related team(s)/ project member regard on project planning/ implementation process/ project status. Other tasks as maybe assigned Qualifications Graduated from engineering / management / quality degree or postgraduate. Related Management position in TIC industry plus 5+ years management experience of a team size from 10 subordinates. Knowledge in testing on textile / footwear / accessories products is highly preferred Knowledge in ISO 17025 lab quality management system and VILAS requirements Current or formerly VILAS approved signatory will be a definite advantage Additional Information Careful Trustworthy Systematic thinking Situation behavior skill Active & willing to handle new things
