SOFTWARE ADOPTION EXECUTIVE

  • Up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Leeds City Centre office with Hybrid Working

    Working within a fast-growing, cloud communication provider, the successful candidate will support the Head of Onboarding in ensuring that the adoption of their platform is achieved successfully and efficiently. You’ll be working closely with their network of channel partners, handling all incoming enquiries, managing the entire porting process whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through product demonstrations and ongoing training.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; organised and task focused with a methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
  • Proven technical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability.
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress your career alongside a growing business.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting Partner and Client onboarding/adoption of the platform and associated products.
  • Utilising HubSpot to identify, track and update customers and their onboarding status.
  • Delivering product demonstrations and end user training to new prospects and partners.
  • Managing the number porting process from start to finish; validating, updating, and ensuring processes run efficiently for end customers to configure as required.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and live chat for general support, sales, and billing queries.
  • Working alongside Account Managers and assisting with customer renewals.
  • Engaging in the purchasing of new numbers and hardware as required.
