JD Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with product manager on SW design & implementation and technical requirement clarifying * Product level performance/resource trade-off design, bridge hardware team and SW team toward innovative & cost-effective products. * Responsible for clean code with automatic UT and SST cases * Responsible for document review, code review, test user case review * Responsible for early defect detection and delivery with high quality * Responsible for product maintenance Qualification: * 8+ years of working experience in broadband access industry – (switching, CMTS) data/control path or GPON & XGS PON. * Experience and knowledge of GPON & XGS-PON or access technologies is strongly preferred (IPv4/IPv6, L2/L3 network functions, VPN, QoS, Security, Multicast, CPE Subscriber Management, DHCP v4/v6, VLAN management, DHCP relay functions etc.) * Versed in C++/JAVA Object Oriented programming, etc. OO design is preferred; * Capability in clean coding, debugging and problem solving; * Knowledge of system redundancy and hot switch over is preferred. * Experience with the alarm, system fault diagnosis and system management is preferred. * Fluency in English and good communication skills; * Good teamwork spirit, Creative and Initiative. * Experienced in using AI coding assistant tool is plus.
