A-Team is responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting JIRA tickets coming from various departments such as technical support team. The role involves critical issue analysis and research, testing, and advanced level troubleshooting techniques. Occasional code referral and fix suggestions also needed to identify potential bugs and solutions respectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyzing debug log files and crash analysis, bug identification, suggesting fixes and coordinating with the engineering team to implement the bug fixes in the future releases for SOTI One products.
  • Identifying SOTI One server-side and client-side limitations based on information gathered from the customer’s production environment.
  • Working with internal teams to develop, maintain, and update diagnostic tools internally to check configuration related issues and log files for multiple mobile platforms
  • Troubleshooting, researching, and coordinating with frontline teams to evaluate the issue and narrow down the process/procedure or method that is causing the failure.
  • Identifying issues that are caused by the latest operating system or product updates, coordinating with the engineering team to provide patches for fixing the issues.

Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Degree in Computer Information/Application Systems, Enterprise Computing, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in MDM + 1 year experience in software development or related field (Exceptions may apply)
  • Well-versed with enterprise MDM solutions and applications
  • Knowledge and experience with various mobile platforms such as Android, Android Enterprise, and iOS
  • Knowledgeable in Java/Android/Kotlin, C#, .NET, and development platforms such as Android Studio, and Visual Studio
  • Familiar with Git, software development, and JIRA platform
  • Familiar with Agile and project management
  • Knowledgeable in SQL, Windows, and server management and administration
  • Knowledgeable in networking concepts and various IT architectures and infrastructures
  • Excellent critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with building custom applications to various use/business cases
