We are looking for a dedicated software and database specialist (m/f/d) who will actively drive the digitalization of our production and testing systems.

Your tasks – diverse and responsible

As a software and database specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the further development of our production and testing systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Development and optimization of software solutions based on C# and .NET
• Modernization of existing applications & migration from Visual Basic 6 to C#
• Development of test, inspection and configuration software for production
• Development and enhancement of SQL databases, as well as the creation of analyses and reports.
• Analysis and troubleshooting of software malfunctions in production and testing systems
• Support in the introduction of new equipment and manufacturing processes
• Participation in digitization and optimization projects
• Collaboration with internal departments as well as external hardware and software partners

Your profile – technically strong, personally convincing

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), studies in computer science or comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL databases and Visual Basic 6
• Experience with Git, RESTful Web Services and JSON
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing
• Ideally, experience with Entity Framework, Python, or OPC UA.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and team spirit
• Very good German and good English skills
