Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary Software and Platform Development Manager Job Description Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Systems Analysts and Full Stack Developers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and project managers, to capture requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for digital solutions, covering requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Manage on-site deployment and application operations, including troubleshooting support. Implement and oversee best practices for coding, version control, code reviews, and testing to ensure a high-quality codebase across the development team. Drive the use of Agile and DevOps practices to enhance team efficiency, automate processes, and ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). Implement monitoring tools and KPIs to track, evaluate, and optimize the performance and reliability of digital solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and development practices, encouraging their adoption to enhance team capabilities and solution offerings.
