Job Description Software Application Configuration Specialist to integrate their expertise in the implementation of TULIP System. Background in industries such as Medical Devices & Pharma. Responsibilities: Contribute to practice goals and continuous improvement initiatives technology. Engage in business process and/ or technology decision maker discussion related to integration, business value, and business process. Support business to develop electronic batch records by responding to and troubleshooting system issues. Knowledge of programming / scripting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software configuration, implementation, or technical support, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. Familiarity with medical device software standards and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, IEC).
