SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & EXPERTISE FOR THE JOB:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • 5-8 years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and systems environment.
  • Experience with product systems and equipment installation.
  • Demonstrated experience working with software development and deployment in a fast-paced systems environment.
  • Experience installing and/or working with SQL.
  • Troubleshooting experience.
  • Customer support application experience.
  • PowerShell scripting and deployment experience is nice to have.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills; consistently delivers projects and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Systems administration and database experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, operating systems, and networks.
  • Proficient understanding of CS fundamentals and deployment of remote management tools and server administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to code in product-specific programming language.
Responsibilities
  • Implement Everi’s Customer Loyalty application and supporting systems in customer environments.
  • Coordinate with customers to arrange for IT resources, access, and installation times that meet customers’ needs.
  • Support implemented solution and be customer point of contact for all support issues while installing, configuring and supporting systems for the first 30-60 days.
  • You will be asked to travel to customer locations 10-30% of the time.
