Description:

We are looking for a resource, to be included in the global support team for AlinIQ AMS, who has experience as an IT technician in the Analysis Laboratory, with particular reference to the connection of analytical instruments to management software.
The resource must also have SQL knowledge, in order to implement reports and statistics on the DB of the AMS product.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of reports and statistics on the AMS product DB and management of their release through the Quality procedures and tools provided (e.g. JAMA).
  • Support for customer service colleagues.
  • Customer support.
  • Support for the management of audits and complaints.

• Support for the creation of internal documentation. • In a second phase: Implementation of automatic rules on AMS, through use of the SRE proprietary module, again through the application of Quality procedures for the definition of requirements and for release into production.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in scientific or technical subjects is appropriate.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Oracle DB.
  • In-depth knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B1 level).
  • Ability to write technical documentation, in Italian and in English.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills, dynamism, and desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently according to directions provided and respect deadlines.
  • Residence within approximately 30 KM from Rome (4 days a week it is mandatory to be in office).

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as an IT technician in the Analysis Laboratory, with particular reference to the connection of analytical instruments to management software.
  • Previous work experience in customer service, with use of remote connection systems at the customer’s premises
  • Previous use of support ticket management systems
  • Knowledge of at least one simple Pascal-like programming language.
