The role As a Software Architect you will define the technical direction of complex embedded solutions and translate customer needs into robust software architectures. You will guide development teams (with a can-do attitude) by making key design decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align architecture with project goals and industry standards. Your responsibilities as a Software Architect: Designing and managing the software architecture for our high-tech systems. Leading technical decisions in the areas of embedded systems, real-time processing, and data integration. Collaborating with hardware and system teams to optimally integrate software and hardware components. Guiding development teams and supporting them with complex implementation challenges. Ensuring software quality, performance, and reliability. Researching and implementing new technologies to drive innovation. What's asked for A Bachelor or (preferably) Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Physics and/or Mathematics. Minimum 5 years of experience in software architecture. Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, and relevant frameworks. Experience with real-time systems, hardware integration, and communication protocols. Experience within high tech and/or embedded. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems clearly. Strong communication skills and experience working with internal and external teams. A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for innovation. You're currently based in the EU and/or have work experience in the EU. What's offered Permanent contract.
